April has seen all the dogs blowing their coats so the garden and the house are covered in thick white downey fur which rolls over my lounge floor like tumble weed even when I have just?vacuumed.
We travelled to the Dutch Specialty which unfortunately clashed with WELKS to meet up with friends and see Pink.
Pink finished 1st Excellent tussenklass teven, Effie finished 1st Excellent Open Bitch and Sultan finished 2nd Excellent Open dog beaten by the dog which went on to take BOB. It was a lovely day at an out door show in a lovely large ring which enabled the dogs to move to their full potential encouraged by a judge who definitely like to see a being able to move with drive and an economical movement which would be able to be sustained for long periods, as our breed standard demands.
The weekend was rounded off by me taking my old passport which was considerably out of date, fortunately after a little while I was allowed back into the country!!
