Our first home bred champion … and that’s not all!

What a super week the Marahootay extended family has had!

Pink (Marahootay Desert Orchid) continues to please us with her show wins; this time at the National dogshow Arnhem Pink took BOS and became a Dutch champion! She received some great comments from the very respected judge?Erna Hartveld-Upmeijer:

Excellent bitch, very nice size. Beautiful feminine head. Big ears, Excellent topline and underline, just enough chest.

Strong bone, excellent feet. Good angulations in front and rear.

Good tail and tailset. Good coat structutre.

Moves with power and good reach.

Excellent presentation!!

We are absolutely thrilled with Pink’s achievements. But that’s not all! On the same day, Sultan (Marahootay Prince of Persia) took a 5 point major to finish his American Champion Title in style. So far with only one loss he has taken Best of Breed from the classes over specials and collected 3 majors, his handler Mark Peterson says “he is a pleasure to show”.

And as we were celebrating brother and sister winning on the same day, we received news that Ghost (Marahootay Sorcery at Shamanictrax) had taken RBOB at Wickford and Basildon Open Show.

Not only that, but Leila won Best Puppy in show, Reserve Best in Show, Best of Opposite Sex and Best Bitch at the Absa Fun Show on Sunday!

A fabulous bunch of wins for us and the dog owners. We are immensely proud of our whole extended family!
